Tomorrow's Women trains and supports Israeli, Palestinian, and American women to become strong, compassionate leaders. We invest in young women and the transformational power of person-to-person diplomacy. Fostering skills, agency, and cross-cultural connections in a new generation of leaders is the best path toward a more just, violence-free, and pro-woman future. We bring together young women from Palestine, Israel, and the United States to transcend boundaries and find common ground. They develop essential skills in compassion and conflict resolution, emerging as confident changemakers prepared to be catalysts for meaningful progress in their communities.
Our Executive Director, Holly Morris, a global woman’s rights activist and filmmaker, has had a career focus on women's empowerment, cross-cultural relationships, and storytelling that equips her with the skills to lead Tomorrow's Women through these unprecedented times and beyond, along with Lamia Faruki who has taken the helm as board president in 2025.
