I finally got my D keys. Learning piano, finding an emotional outlet, and accidentally discovering I'm good at arcade games.
The software isn't the problem... the design is. Accessibility, experiencing piano, and learning o create music with my own hands.
I accidentally started learning piano. Tiny keyboards, collector's instincts, and a new way to write stories.
Apparently I'm learning more than one thing at a time. Reaper, a toy piano that lied to me, and maybe even a little stand-up comedy.
Turns out music takes more time than I imagined. Late nights, too many tracks, and a new story to enjoy.
Some days are just wonderfully ordinary. Cooking chicken, dancing with my guide dog, and another step toward new music.
I think I've invented the next terrible business idea. Bottled air, another finished story, and learning Reaper one mistake at a time.
Sometimes you don't need the answer... you need the right question. Summer heat, learning Reaper, and figuring out what a song is trying to become.
The hardest part isn't learning the software. Trusting my ears, finding my sound, and discovering what a song wants to become.
I finally crossed the first hurdle. Learning Reaper, finishing a novel, and collecting even more musical instruments.
Sometimes a single sentence starts a story. Reading other writers, chasing strange ideas, and seeing where imagination decides to go.
