Remember that Team Flakes Cereal thought I had about the impact and fun it could have had on modern-day meetings, teambuilding, brainstorming etc. It clearly got me thinking…………….
Most people know I hate buzzwords. I gag when I hear them. My eye rolling and facial expressions of disgust have been pointed out to me in the past. (Need to work on containment, Rich. Nah. Be you.) Yesterday, I gagged, after reading, for the fourth time in 20 minutes, one of the latest buzzwords - Pivot.
Then I got on the bike and the mind went wandering……………..
I thought of the Team Flakes idea. And then I thought about employee break rooms, kitchens and lounge spaces. And then it hit me. What if we added the retro game Pivot Pool? How about a good game of Pivot Pool while you’re trying to figure out how to Pivot (I’m puking just typing the word) away from some strategy, product line, whatever?
And then I started thinking about what other retro (or not) games and food we could add to these spaces to bring about ideation, collaboration, bonding and non-tech fun.
I’ve got a few I would add. Would love to hear your ideas for additions to this space.
And if you want to buy Pivot Pool to start creating or adding to your space here’s a link to which I have no affiliation.
