I once added it up. Across a consulting career, I have spent something like 100 weeks — two full working years — building slide decks. Then I found Gamma, and a deck went from a week to half a day.

I want those 100 weeks back. You have your own version of that number. Most knowledge workers do.

You are not short of AI tools. You are drowning in them. What you are short of is systems. Email, meetings, document search, status updates, deck production — they still eat the week because the work itself was never redesigned. Bolting a chatbot onto a broken workflow just gives you a faster broken workflow.

There are 1000s of tools for knowledge workers. Here is my stack, before and after AI.

If I were driving these tools, clicking buttons, juggling tabs, opening apps, logging in, getting permissions right, I would jump off a bridge.

The cheat code for the AI world, is IT DRIVES THE TOOLS. My CRM? Never touch it. My 6000 Obsidian 2nd brain files. I didn’t put them there, and I never open the folders.

The key is orchestration - connecting tools so they do your work, and prep outputs for your very human superpower - judgment and taste.

You are also drowning in amazing content - 23-year-old YouTubers clicking around their demos like dervishes. “My second brain…” “I build this app and generate 80k MRR.”

You watch in wonder, then get back to your job.

So I built a programme to fix the workflow, not sell you more tools.

In three weeks, with 3 in-person “build-days”, you build a personal AI Chief of Staff — one that triages your inbox before it owns your morning, retrieves the right context from your own documents instead of making you hunt for it, and turns reports, decks, and meeting prep into workflows you run rather than chores you dread. You build it on your real work, in live sessions, with me. You leave with something that runs the Monday after we finish.

It is not prompt tricks. It is workflow architecture, judgement, and adoption science - the behavioral science that I have spent fifteen years on.

The first cohort starts 27 July. It is small and it is live, which means seats are genuinely limited — that is a fact of the format, not a marketing line.

If your morning starts with 250 emails and ends with no time to think, this is for you.
