Hindsgavl Halvøen 🦌 🌊

Hindsgavl Halvøen is a beautiful peninsula located near Middelfart. It features trails that lead through forests, meadows and along steep coastal cliffs with incredible views over Lillebælt.

There is plenty to do. Walk around Hindsgavl Castle (be sure to check their café as well), take a hike on one of the well-marked paths, and enjoy your time on the beach. Maybe you’ll catch sight of porpoises out in the Lillebælt. We suggest visiting Naturcenter Hindsgavl, a great interactive nature center with hands-on exhibits for kids and a cool playground.

Hindsgavl Halvøen is also home to a large deer park, so if you’re lucky, you might spot red or fallow deer grazing freely.
