This classic French chicken soup is one of our go-to fall and winter dinners. It’s essentially a boiled chicken and admittedly not the most picturesque dish. The Henri suite feels like a private Parisian escape. The wrap around terrace was our favorite feature, with a private hot tub offering direct views of the Eiffel Tower. We mixed drinks from the fully stocked stainless-steel bar—complete with pre-mixed cocktails, a sink, and elegant glassware—and spent the evening soaking in the hot tub while watching the city sparkle. Our visit to the Prince de Galles, A Luxury Collection Hotel began with a very warm welcome. Walking into the lobby, we were greeted by an exquisite display of chocolates and sweets and an extremely hospitable team.
