Rebecca Yarros has officially revealed her next Empyrean book… and no, it isn’t Book Four.
Instead, we’re getting Threshing Day, a collection of thirteen stories centered on Threshing, featuring familiar characters and their dragons. One of the biggest surprises is that Xaden’s story is included in the collection. As with her previous bonus chapters, Yarros says it will also be available on her website.
The deluxe first edition will include 16 original full-color illustrations by Joe Requeza, making this one collectors will probably want on their shelves.
Yarros describes the book as a chance to return to Basgiath while she continues working on Empyrean Book Four.
