We’re back with another installment of The Pleasure Lists: Pleasures, Curated.
I hope you enjoy reading these as much as I enjoy getting to know members of the Pleasure Lists community and what makes their Pleasures tick.

Being in bed
I conduct a large proportion of my daily activities from my bed - I work from bed, I watch TV in bed, I eat meals in bed... It’s the most comfortable piece of furniture I own (I spent months researching which mattress would give me ‘hotel-level comfort’), so I figure why not spend as much time in it as humanly possible?
Expensive shoes
I love fashion in general, but a nice pair of shoes are the thing that really make me go weak at the knees (and slap down my credit card). When I was renovating my flat a few years ago, I had a custom built ‘shoe-drobe’ installed in my bedroom to house my favourite pairs. Sometimes I like to open it and just stare at them.
The second morning of a beach holiday
You’ve arrived and unpacked all your stuff, you’ve gotten your bearings, maybe caught up on sleep after a long travel day, and you’ve still got more holiday in front of you than behind you - the sweet spot of any holiday. It really doesn’t get better than this.
