I saw a video from Total Hypocrisy this morning that made me rush out of bed and go straight to my computer to investigate and write this article putting off the other two articles I planned to post today. Please go watch their video on TikTok.
This intelligent person created an extremely well put together set of evidence of MAGAs plan to use our day of independence as their day of when the great and powerful nation, The United States of America, falls.
Please allow me to state the evidence of malicious intent on the date of July 4th, 2026, and December 31st, 2026, by the Trump administration and I will follow up with my conclusion of their intended actions.
This executive order rambles on about how freedom of religion is a foundation of the United States by quoting Ronald Reagan and stating that Americans have “emerging threats” against their freedom of religion. Unfortunately, the people who write these executive orders know the exact wording that wouldn’t tip off their true intentions to the people unaware of their true intentions.
This executive order establishes a commission comprising 14 members of the President's choosing, including the Attorney General, the Secretary of HUD, and the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy.
As stated in the video they will only be serving one term which will end July 4th, 2026. It is followed by “If the term of the Commission is extended by the President beyond July 4, 2026, members shall be eligible for reappointment for a 2-year term.” The odd thing about this is the term end date and the fact that they may be planning on having another longer term after July 4th, 2026. A few paragraphs down it states that “The Commission shall terminate on July 4, 2026, which marks the 250th anniversary of American Independence, unless extended by the President.” This indicates that they assume they will have most or all of their tactics done by that date.
The commission's goals will be to investigate the rights and liberties of, in short, religious entities, anyone involved in the public school system, the healthcare field, vaccine mandates, and the freedom to “freely exercise their faith without fear or Government censorship or retaliation” Again, most of this sounds normal but you must understand that, to them, there is only one religion and only one belief. Further, they believe that anyone who does not have their Evangelical Christian beliefs is threatening their religion and their existence.
A concerning statement is that they are willing to have their Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom to “further the cause of religious liberty around the world” This parallels the Manifest Destiny cause of spreading Christianity and “Democracy” from the 19th century.
In the name of celebrating the 250th year of the United States MAGA intends to establish Task Force 250. The Chair will be Donald Trump, the Vice Chair will be JD Vance, and other members will consist of Senior Staff.
The stated purpose of this task force is to coordinate with the executive departments and agencies to execute a 250th birthday celebration. Which would be quite easy since many of the executive department heads will be on the task force.
Section 4 reinstates a previous Trump administration executive order and has the ambiguous title “Protecting America’s Monuments from Vandalism” which is then followed by an example misrepresenting pro-Palestinian group's attempts at protesting as pro-Hamas (even though they are not in support of a terrorist group).
The detail that I want you to remember is that the Task Force will be terminated on December 31, 2026, unless extended by the President.

The original video discusses a website that has a countdown the July 4, 2026, down to the second. On the website, you can see that they intend to have a “full year of festivities” to launch this Memorial Day, May 26th, 2025.
The videos that the White House posted on YouTube discuss the extremely Whitewashed history of America and avoid the fact that our country was created because of a rebellion against an Authoritarian Monarchy that was forcing Christianity on the colonies and taxing their goods without representation (meaning they were not allowed to assist creating that tax).
I won’t be going over everything in this Executive order because we understand what DOGE has done and their true intentions.
In the video, the woman pointed out that the DOGE organization will be terminated on July 4th, 2026.
On top of that load of information several weeks ago Ron DeSantis, the Florida Governor who stole $10 million from Medicare, proposed that we should have the first Constitutional Convention since the creation of the Constitution. So far 28 states have agreed to Article V which means that only 6 more states are required to initiate a Constitutional Convention.
So, we have two dates that I want to focus on, December 31, 2026, and July 4, 2026.
As stated in the video “July 4, 2026” seen throughout these executive orders. This may be hinting that the countdown is covertly “a countdown or a timer for the Trump regime to try to initiate a brand new constitution” This assumption is due to the strange termination of the Task Force 250 and DOGE which seemingly should have important roles in our government so it would be absurd to rid of these important organizations.
I agree, but I would like to elaborate with more evidence as to how MAGA will be destroying our country from the inside out.
Previously, I posted an article called BREAKDOWN: The Reorganization Act of 2025 (HR 1295) which is a full breakdown of a Bill that would essentially allow the President to reorganize the government in any way he deems necessary. Although, at the time, I did not originally elaborate on the intention behind the modification in §905 I did state a suspicion, “Near the end of this section, they simply change December 31, 1984, to December 31, 2026, which means that any law or statute that is contained within a reorganization plan will only take effect if it is communicated with Congress by December 31, 2026. This indicates they have a fully-fledged out reorganization plan already.” The evidence suggests that if they get their reorganization plan submitted by the last day of December, they will be able to continue their goals without Task Force 250.
In my opinion, my suspicion is confirmed. Task Force 250 will be terminated the same day that the reorganization plan must be introduced to Congress. Although H.R. 1295 has only been introduced and not voted on, we have a date to focus on, July 4th, 2026. I do not have evidence, yet, for when this bill will be voted on but if fascists follow the pattern every fascist follows, certain dates and numbers will be repeated because to them they have meaning.

I suggest you either read or listen to all of these bills because if they become law, it will impact much of the regular processes that have worked for years.

MAGA understands that if they continue causing chaos and distrust they will be elected out in Congress. Moreover, they understand that to do what they want (be able to enable White Supremacy and Christianity) they need to amend the constitution which they will never be able to do in this dichotomic Congress even though they have a slight majority.
As Total Hypocrisy stated in her video on TikTok they are looking to create a completely new constitution that would likely not allow for another Constitutional Convention, no Checks and Balances, inequality among races, ethnicities, and gender, constant wage disparity, no labor laws, and many more that likely resemble the 1890-1910 policies.
What we can do is continue to make these connections, finding legal solutions against policies, continue pressuring Congress (including Republicans), take action ourselves (educating, protesting, striking, running for office, etc.), and take precautions to prepare ourselves and our families.
We are all getting to be extremely exhausted but that just means we need to build structure around your resistance. Allocate time within each day to completely remove yourself from any media including TV and books so that you are not reminded of anything political. Personally, I sit outside or take a quick walk outside when I get a break. In the morning and right before bed, I allow myself to be on my phone, but I cannot interact with any political content. Exhaustion is what they are intentionally inducing in hopes you give up and conform.
Stay focused.
Stay healthy.
Stay united.
There will be times that are silent and boring, and we need to utilize that rather than being restless.
