➡️ More subscribers won't fix your income, but this masterclass will show you what actually will. Upgrade to paid to join me live on Thursday and get the bonus diagnostic worksheet.
Here’s a thought that might sting a little:
You could double your subscriber count tomorrow and still make the same money you’re making right now.
I know. Not what you want to hear.
But stick with me for a sec, because there’s a good news on the other side of this.
Most creators are convinced that more subscribers is always the answer. Bigger list, bigger income. It feels obvious. It feels like the only solution.
It isn’t.
I’ve watched writers with tens of thousands of subscribers earn a fraction of what much smaller publications pull in. Same platform, same effort, crazily different results.
So if it isn’t size, what is it?
That’s exactly what this month’s masterclass is about:
We’re working through something I call the revenue chain. It’s a five-part model that shows you the exact distance between your audience and your income, and pinpoints where your money’s actually leaking.
Because, guess what? Your income isn’t the sum of what you do - it’s the product of five links, and the whole system’s capped by your weakest one.
Not your best link, not your average link. Your weakest link (remember that show?).
Which means you could be pouring effort into the wrong end of your business entirely, working hard, doing everything “right,” and wondering why nothing seems to make a difference.
This session shows you where to look instead.
Honestly? You.
If you’ve got an audience but the income doesn’t match the effort, this is for you.
If you’re just starting out and you want to build the right way from the beginning, this is for you.
If you’ve got a big list that isn’t spending, if you’ve never made an offer, if you’ve made offers that fell flat, if you’re doing well but suspect you’re leaving money on the table, this is for you.
The revenue chain works whether you have 50 subscribers or 50,000. The links are the same. Only the weak one changes.
If you care about turning your writing into a living, you’ll get something from this. Simple as that.
Because the alternative sucks.
Most creators spend years working hard on the wrong link. They chase subscribers when their problem is conversion. They tweak their writing when their problem is that they’ve never actually made an offer.
It’s exhausting, and it doesn’t work.
This session hands you a different way. You’ll leave knowing the one thing holding your income back, and a clear answer to a question most creators never even think to ask.
You’ll also walk away with the full diagnostic worksheet, so you can score your own business and find your weakest link yourself.
If you sit this one out, you’re choosing to keep going round in circles.
You’ll keep pouring energy into whichever link feels comfortable, which is usually the one that’s already strong, while the actual problem sits there untouched.
You’ll keep believing the answer is “more subscribers,” and you’ll keep being wrong.
And you’ll miss the examples I’ll share, which is the part where it clicks for most people. Watching the weakest link fall out of a real analysis is the moment you suddenly see your own.
When: Thursday, 27 August, 8pm (UK).
What: Around 45 minutes of teaching on Zoom, then open Q&A.
