Does the latest appeals court ruling disqualifying an unconfirmed "Acting U.S. Attorney" bring final judgement closer for Croton's John Sarcone III?

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, including two Trump appointees, has upheld the disqualification of the Acting U.S. Atty for Nevada. There have been five such cases, including Sarcone.
