Hey, friends!

Today’s newsletter is a deep dive from our partner NOYA AI.

Crypto is finally going mainstream, but only because we’re stripping away its hidden complexities.

For years, users have struggled with friction, fragmented tools, and confusing DeFi workflows that drove most away.

NOYA AI is changing that, merging artificial intelligence with DeFi to make onchain execution effortless, intelligent, and accessible to everyone.

Crypto is going mainstream because we’ve been simplifying complexities bit by bit. To engage in crypto has never been easy, even research says “60–90% of new users drop out before making their first transaction, and over 80% never return after a single use” because of onboarding friction users encounter at their point of entrance, especially when interacting with DeFi. It’s so complicated for normal users to comprehend, which is why DeFi usually loses users to CEXs, which make it as simple as possible to navigate with a hybrid architecture.

To make just a swap, you have to:

• have gas fee

• slippage and MEV

• check if the contract you’re interacting with is fake or not

• choose the correct network

• approve tokens repeatedly

• make sure you aren’t swapping into a honeypot, etc

Imagine they want to do more onchain like providing liquidity, trading perp, the headache would be 50 times what they faced earlier. This sounds strange to someone who’s adapted to the one-click lifestyle of web2, and most of them couldn’t handle it, so they simply leave.

Even normal users also find it tiring to be spread across dozens of tools and chains while fearing being hacked at any time, with a lot of delays just to get things done. Sometimes you lose an opportunity while doing all this under stress, or get hit by impermanent loss, even despite manual monitoring. There’s no way to manage everything 24/7.

The emergence of AI has partially changed the way things used to work: coding that once took a month is completed in hours, and products that took a year to ship now get completed in a month. Artificial agents beat human speed by ten times, with the ability to be available 24/7, something humans can’t do.

AI intersects with crypto to help make crypto execution better, while abstracting away complexities that chase users away and crypto jargon through the use of artificial intelligence. One of the projects at the forefront is NOYA AI.

NOYA is an AI agent for on-chain alpha across DeFi and prediction markets, focusing on abstracting what is now DeFi with manual execution flawed, fragmented, and slow, where users have to juggle through different dashboards and analytics, into a system fully governed by AI, where the only thing required by users is just a click, and everything is done by AI.

NOYA turns the whole crypto workflow into a simple, intuitive process. Its intelligence pulls from market data, token analysis, and signals to filter noise and find real alpha, then turns it into a thesis, then an AI agent executes user-authorized actions across chains and protocols, something that would’ve taken users many minutes to do manually while remaining 100% decentralized, where users still own their keys.

Instead of manually doing everything yourself, NOYA handles routing, execution, and optimization, while the user stays in control at every step. What it does is simply make the current system better by abstracting away complexities. The platform has also been audited by top security firms like Hacken, making it safer to interact with.

1/ Omnivault

Omnivault is liquidity spread across many chains and protocols in pursuit of opportunities where users don’t need to bridge or switch networks. Managing yield strategies manually requires constant monitoring, rebalancing, and protocol knowledge, but everything here is executed across a fragmented environment.

You only need to deposit the required token for the strategy; nothing on your end. The AI handles the rest. You earn based on the duration you lock your capital. It also features ZKML-verified yield loops, delta-neutral farming, and upcoming RWA strategies.

Tokens in Omnivault can be reused in other DeFi protocols, which means more yield for users. All users need to do is choose based on their risk appetite, and click; everything else runs autonomously by intelligence.

2/ Polymarket Analyzer

Combines on-chain data, Expected Value (EV), and scenario analysis to identify pricing deviations. It focuses on tracking position signals of high-win-rate wallets to distinguish informed trading from market noise.

It provides a comprehensive analysis of each market by combining market data, wallet behavior, historical performance, and portfolio-level analytics to give traders an edge in winning prediction markets where users don’t just blindly bet, but bet with an edge.

It also correlates real-world news events to prediction markets in a way that allows it to autonomously act based on new information. Portfolio analysis lets you track performance and optimize strategy over time. The system also identifies high-win-rate wallets and insider activity to profit from inefficiencies in prediction markets.

They plan to roll out to more prediction markets beyond Polymarket, expanding event coverage and liquidity. This will be coupled with advanced onchain DeFi strategy combinations, where users can allocate funds to NOYA vaults tokenized via Polymarket liquidity, with the ability to loop positions to earn more rewards through DeFi.

3/ AI agent

You can talk directly to the Nova agent to do simple tasks like swaps and bridging. The agent handles planning and execution, while the user remains in control.

This isn’t limited to DeFi activities but also prediction markets. For example, you can ask the AI to help find certain markets, analyze risks associated with tokens with upcoming catalysts, and go beyond that to provide execution summaries, deep research, holder distribution, and act as a strategic advisor for users.

Execution only happens when explicitly authorized by the user.

4/ Token analyzer

Delivers institutional-grade trade analysis on tokens, assessing risk parameters in real time while providing investment reports with executive summaries, key value drivers, catalysts, red flags, and investment recommendations that tie everything together.

Real-time monitoring of unlocks, upgrades, and roadmap milestones, aiming to stay as up to date as possible.

Everything is currently in the early phase, with more improvements coming. All fronts are evolving, for instance, the Polymarket analyzer will roll out to more prediction markets, more complex strategies will be available, native borrowing is coming, with many more yet to reveal themselves.

The team has been shipping nonstop, adding more products to improve the platform. They have a very ambitious roadmap they aim to achieve and are already working toward:

• NOYA app hosts all financial products

• NOYA card that bridges on-chain positions to real-world spending

• expanding their agent to more prediction markets

• social trading features, including strategy sharing and copy participation

• high-level wallet labeling and behavioral classification

And many more.

The team is one of the most cracked teams I’ve ever seen. They are builders, not influencers. With CEO Omar Daouk, who successfully managed a multi-million-dollar enterprise and is also a winner of ETHPrague, and Pablo Albani, their AI lead, who has 10+ years in capital markets and data science, and also won a global AI competition. This means the team knows what they are doing.

NOYA is putting the community first by announcing a community sale at a very low valuation of $10m ~50x discount to the sector average. This means no VC dumping, no team dumping.

  • Platform: Gems Launchpad

  • Network: Base (L2)

  • Valuation (FDV): $10M

  • Soft Cap: $750k

  • Hard Cap: $1.5M

  • Sale Window: sale starts at 27

  • Token Generation Event (TGE): occurs after the sale ends

  • Vesting: 20% unlocked at TGE, followed by linear vesting over 6 months

NOYA token distribution is one of the clearest I’ve seen, with the largest % going to users, over 30% allocated to the community. The rest goes to development, partnerships, and ecosystem growth. The 20% allocated to the team is locked for 48 months with a 6-month cliff, no unlock for the team at TGE, which means they’re locked in to keep developing the product over a long-term horizon.

Unlike other tokens that are just governance tokens, NOYA has a different strategy to create value. Buyback & burn is the core value-capture mechanism. All products hosted on the NOYA platform, such as AI agents and Omnivault, feed into this through staking and governance. Users use the product, pay fees, and those fees flow back into buybacks, creating a feedback loop and sustainable liquidity for the token long term. They’ve built multiple sustainable income streams while offering premium access.

  • Agent Transactions: fees from swaps, bridges, and conversational tasks

  • Vault Performance: management and yield fees from vault deposits

  • Intelligence Access: premium reports and prediction market tools

Revenue is used to buy back NOYA and burn it, permanently reducing supply. The less supply, the more valuable the token becomes long term.

Being a community-focused token, NOYA wants to differentiate itself from other projects in the agentic sector, which are usually heavily VC-overhung. On top of that, many of those projects still have products in beta and aren’t even aligned with strong narratives like NOYA is.

NOYA already integrates prediction markets into its stack because of how powerful AI can be in shaping that industry, analyzing prediction markets at scale. It currently analyzes 2,000+ prediction markets, which is a unique advantage most projects don’t have yet. For reference, prediction markets have been one of crypto’s hottest sectors, with total annual trading surging to $9b, achieving over 400% year-over-year growth. Giants like Polymarket are valued at over $10b, pushing crypto further into the mainstream. This narrative is one of the strongest crypto has seen so far.

Most projects also run influencer rounds, giving influencers access to tokens at much lower valuations than the public, which often backfires when they instant-jeet at TGE and never look back. Instead, NOYA created an ambassador program that gives everyone skin in the game. No free tokens you didn’t work for.

The ambassador program is currently ongoing. It’s designed so you benefit across all fronts based on your tier: super leader, ambassador, and leader. You only earn rewards on what you actually invest using your own referral link once the sale goes live. There’s a good article explaining this if you’re interested:

One more important thing to note: NOYA also avoids the common practice of paying CEXs large chunks of token supply just to list. NOYA will list on CEXs, but has refused deals that require handing over huge portions of the supply.

Crypto doesn’t go mainstream by making onboarding complicated. It goes mainstream by removing friction. Simple. That’s how we attract new people to our industry. Projects like NOYA are doing this by abstracting complexities and making crypto usable for more users.

AI agents scanning blockchains 24/7, finding alpha that no human can do. OmniVaults handles the legwork like bridging, swapping, and combining strategies to make you more money in the same instance, while keeping everything 100% self-custody. The product already works, the narrative is strong, and the token design shows how community-oriented NOYA is.

This is just the recipe to become one of the next big projects. NOYA isn’t trying to replace users. It’s trying to remove the parts that make users leave.

That’s how crypto wins.

All right, that’s it for today.

Stay safe in the markets, anon!

Ciao.
