I’ve spent the last few months reverse-engineering viral LinkedIn posts like it’s a second job. Because “just post consistently” isn’t a strategy. It’s advice people give when they don’t actually understand what works.
Patterns are the strategy.
If you want to see the experiments happening in real time, they’re all in my LinkedIn feed.
One post in particular cut straight through the noise. It didn’t lean on the usual project management fluff — Gantt charts, dashboards, or the endless parade of “AI-powered” PM tools.
Instead, it made a much sharper point… Project management is about turning chaos into cash.
That single line reframed the entire conversation.
Because the truth is, your job as a project manager isn’t to organize tasks or update timelines. That’s administrative work.
Your real job is to drive outcomes.
Turn uncertainty into progress.
Turn confusion into execution.
Turn chaos into revenue.
And when people read that, it clicked.
