🇮🇹Italiano (English version below)
No
Osserva.
Se vuoi condividere cosa hai notato, commenta qui sotto oppure se preferisci farlo in privato scrivimi a: alice.siracusano@luz.it e metti la parola FUORI nell’oggetto, così capirò a quale puntata fai riferimento.
Nella prossima newsletter aggiungiamo un altro indizio.
Continua a cercare!
A presto,
Alice

In the last few episodes, we’ve focused on a number of clues: our bodily reactions, our tendency to anticipate, and the number of questions we ask.
Speaking of which, if you’d like to read the previous episode, here it is:
Think about a recent conversation with someone who matters to you.
During that conversation, did you have the feeling of watching yourself from the outside?
As if you were observing yourself while speaking.
As if one part of you was inside the scene, and another part was watching it from the outside.
Yes
No
I don’t remember
Don’t overthink it. Your first answer is usually the one that matters.
When we communicate, our attention can move in different directions.
Sometimes it is focused outward: on the other person, their words, the context.
Other times it turns inward: how we are speaking, what we are saying, how we are coming across.
And when this activity becomes particularly intense, a peculiar feeling can emerge, a temporary response to the perception of...well, I’ll leave that for you to discover. 😉
If there is a moment when you “see yourself from the outside,” ask yourself:
What is happening in the conversation?
Who are you talking to?
What changes in the way you speak immediately afterward?
Just observe.
If you would like to share what you noticed, leave a comment below or, if you prefer to do it privately, write to me at alice.siracusano@luz.it and include the word OUTSIDE in the subject line, so I’ll understand which episode you’re referring to.
In the next newsletter, we continue the hunt.

🧭 Keep looking! The next clue is coming.
Cheers,
Alice
