🇮🇹Italiano (English version below)

  • No

  • Non ricordo

Rispondi in modo sincero.

Come?

“Cosa dovrei dire?”
a
“Cosa sta succedendo?”

🧭 Continua a cercare!

A presto,
Alice

In the previous episode, we explored what happens while we listen to someone: how much space is truly left for listening, and how much is instead occupied by what is happening inside of us.

Think about a recent conversation with someone important to you.

At some point, did it feel like you already knew how it was going to end?

  • Yes

  • No

  • I don’t remember

Answer honestly. Remember: there is no right or wrong answer, and if you are sincere, you always win.

When the brain finds itself in a complex situation — like a conversation with someone we care about — it tries to simplify it.

How?

As we saw in the previous episode: by making predictions.

In your next conversations, try this:

Observe and listen to the other person as if they were part of a film.
Let the scene unfold.

Shift your attention from
“What should I say?”
to
“What is happening?”

This should create a change…

If you would like to share what you noticed, leave a comment below or, if you prefer to do it privately, write to me at alice.siracusano@luz.it and include the word PREDICTION in the subject line, so I’ll understand which episode you’re referring to.

In the next newsletter, we continue the hunt.

🧭 Keep looking! The next clue is coming.

Alice
