🇮🇹Italiano (English version below)

  • No

  • Non so

Rendilo visibile.

Se vuoi condividere cosa hai notato, commenta qui sotto oppure se preferisci farlo in privato scrivimi a: alice.siracusano@luz.it e metti la parola PEGGIO nell’oggetto, così capirò a quale puntata fai riferimento.

Nella prossima newsletter aggiungiamo un altro indizio.

Continua a cercare!

A presto,
Alice

In the previous episode, we began exploring how certain patterns can repeat themselves.

Speaking of which, if you’d like to read the previous episode, here it is:

Think about a situation that you find difficult in your relationships.

Now try this exercise:

If you wanted to make that situation even worse, what would you do?

Make a list and write it down on paper.

Then look at it and ask yourself:

Is there anything on that list that you’re already doing?

  • Yes

  • No

  • I don’t know

Don’t overthink it.

Many of our behaviors happen automatically.

Even the ones that sabotage us can become so familiar that we stop noticing them.

Until we look at them from a different perspective.

Is there something you do automatically with that person - or in that situation - that makes things more difficult?

If so, what is it? A gesture, a look, certain words?

Don’t try to change it.

Instead, look back at the list you wrote earlier and notice whether it resembles anything you had written down.

Make it visible.

If you would like to share what you noticed, leave a comment below or, if you prefer to do it privately, write to me at alice.siracusano@luz.it and include the word WORSE in the subject line, so I’ll understand which episode you’re referring to.

In the next newsletter, we continue the hunt.

👉 In the meantime, if you want further insight, you can find it on my Instagram account.

🧭 Keep looking! The next clue is coming.

Cheers,
Alice
