Every morning, Lex starts his day with a question — and a craving.

Will Mum ever say yes to two dinosaur vitamins instead of one?

Follow a week of hopeful haggling and one sweet weekend surprise in this rhyming tale about patience, persistence, and prehistoric gummies.

First thing Lex asks on Monday morn,

“Two lime triceratops, dinos with horns?”

Mum says, “Not more than one. Nope. Nay.

Tomorrow…”

Lex chimes in, “Is another day.”

Tuesday arrives, and happy is Lex.

“I’d like two Tyrannosaurus Rex.”

Mum smiles. “One orange T-Rex coming your way.

Tomorrow…”

Lex mutters, “Is another day.”

Lex’s friends come over on Wednesday.

“Two strawberry stegos each, okay?”

Mum grins, “Nice try. Not a chance. Go play.

Tomorrow…”

Lex mumbles, “Is another day.”

On Thursday Lex asks, “Can I please have pronto

Two yummy, gummy blackcurrant brontos?”

Mum smirks. “Just one. You can’t have your way.

Tomorrow…”

Lex moans, “Is another day.”

“Two mango spinos, please? It’s Friday!

Last day of school — then weekend! Hooray!”

Mum rolls her eyes. “Only one, okay?

Tomorrow…”

Lex sighs, “Is another day.”

“Two peach parasaurolophus — it’s Saturday!

I’ll be a good boy. I’ll get out of your way.”

Mum sighs. “You never give up. Still no way.

Tomorrow…”

Lex groans, “Is another day.”

On Sunday, Lex asks, “One blueberry brachio?”

Mum laughs, “Where’d my Vitaminasaurus go?

Guess what? Have two. And Happy Birthday!

But tomorrow…”

Lex cheers, “I get two every day!”
