We’ve been at this for 6 years. Here’s what’s changing.
If you’re reading this, you’re part of one of our WhatsApp groups or on our email list — which means you’ve been with us for a while. And I want to be honest with you: after 6 years of building The Builders Club, the thing I care most about is not the events, not the numbers, not the press. It’s whether this community actually feels like a community.
So this month, we’re doing something about it.
🏆 Introducing: The TBC Monthly Contest
We’ve launched a community engagement contest across our WhatsApp announcement groups — and the prize is something I genuinely think every founder and business leader should want:
The Book of the Month.
Here’s how it works. We’re running polls and opinion polls inside the groups every week. The members who are most active, most engaged, and most helpful in the conversations — they win. Simple as that.
This isn’t about follower counts or titles. It’s about who shows up.
But honestly, the contest is also something more than just a prize. The more you show up and engage, the better we understand what you actually need — whether that’s business leads, introductions to investors, connections to the right agencies, or any other kind of support as a founder or a business. The more we hear from you, the more we can open the right doors for you.
And here’s something else we’re formalising this month: we will be spotlighting member wins. Closed a big deal? Raised a round? Hit a milestone worth sharing? Tell us. We’ll put it out on the newsletter and across our social media — in front of 35,000+ founders and CXOs who are exactly the right audience for it. This community has always been about visibility going to the right people at the right time.
To participate, join our WhatsApp announcement groups — that’s where the polls are live, the conversations are happening, and the points are being counted. If you’re not in yet, reply to this email or DM us and we’ll get you added.
Running TBC for 6 years has taught me one thing: the value of this community is not in what we announce — it’s in what we do together. The contest, The Sales Call, and everything we’re building this month are all attempts at exactly that.
See you in the groups.
