So here’s the basic map. EVOLVE is the method described in detail in my book The Perfectionist’s Dilemma: Learn the Art of Self-Compassion and Become a Happy Achiever. I use it with clients and teach this process in my workshops: six steps that move you from nervous-system overwhelm to genuine inner leadership.
