Introducing Fire Island Dry Gin

Hey friends,

We’ve been working on this one for a long time.

Fire Island Dry Gin is finally here—and honestly, it’s one of the most personal things we’ve ever made.

We started with a simple idea:

What if we made a gin that tasted like Summer?

Something inspired by the flora and fauna of Fire Island—the wild kelp, the native flowers—and the queer joy and history that make the island magic.

So we got to work.

This gin is floral and briny, made with wild-harvested sugar kelp from Violet Cove Oysters, elderflower, chamomile flower, fresh California oranges, finger limes, pink peppercorns, and Tasmanian pepperberry.

We left it unfiltered to preserve every drop of character.

It’s bright, punchy, and unexpected, just like a trip to Fire Island.

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped us bring this to life.
