Love, Self Love, is the Answer

I so feel we have it back to front when we think that to be kind to others is the way to world peace for the human species …..

It’s is that, of course it is ……AND it being full of loving kindness to myself, that then extends to others in a kind of natural default way.

Most people on the planet don’t like themselves, let alone love, respect, admire and celebrate themselves ……

And no there’s no research to prove this, but there’s plenty of examples in every day life.

It always does and will always start with the Self.

How we treat ourselves is how we either  treat others, or we pretend in our relationships.

We know it, I know we do ….Self Love is the cure ….

It’s just we’ve been conditioned to give love to others …and whilst we do this with no love of our self, all it breeds is this belief that love is found outside of our very own Self …as well as resentment….

It’s always an inside job.

Always.

I love myself enough to not need to be loved by anyone.

I so appreciate being with people who have a deeply loving relationship with themselves …..people who love themselves, are so easy to give and receive loving kindness between the two of us

A reciprocal relationship ……

No needing.

Giving and receiving ….
