Last week, it seemed like half the world was melting. Much of the United States was under a heat dome, Europe was experiencing another intense heat wave, and my social media feeds were filled with videos of people trying to sightsee in temperatures well into the 90s and even over 100 degrees.
When it’s that hot, what you pack matters. But I’ve come to believe that how you plan your days matters just as much. The goal isn’t to pretend it isn’t hot. The goal is to stop fighting the heat. Once you make that shift, traveling becomes much more enjoyable.
