Today, we made webhooks available so that every Jam turns into action automatically. You build the workflow, and the context Jam captures determines where it’s routed, who picks it up, and what needs to be fixed.
Here are some of the most commonly requested workflows:
Issues can go from report to fix without a human managing each step. Here’s how: Push a Jam to an Agent through Jam MCP, prompt it to write a fix, and open a PR. Consider adding an evaluation step so the Agent only takes issues that fit, and routes the rest to a teammate.
Every teammate can report a bug without knowing which team owns it. Here’s how: Your Agent reads the Jam through our MCP, follows a triaging prompt to assess product area and severity, and files it in Linear, Jira, Notion, GitHub or wherever your team works.
Customers can record Jams when they have time, and your Support and Success teammates get notified when it’s time to review. Here’s how: An Agent reads the Jam through our MCP, pulls customer ID from your custom metadata, looks up the internal account owner, and pings them with the Jam so they can act without chasing for context.
