Today we’re excited to share six new updates to make Jam even faster & easier to use for you and your customers.

Now you can can request Jams from your customers simply by typing /jam wherever you’re chatting with them. Here’s how to do it.

Just follow the step by step instructions on how to set up your domain, right in your dashboard settings.

You’ll see you can easily filter all your Jams by type, creator, and source.

We completely redesigned Jam for iOS, so you can easily create bug tickets from your phone. Check out the new record button, it’s our favorite 🤩

Paste a Jam link in a Linear ticket or comment, and engineers can see the embedded video with network and console errors right there.

Keep your workspace nice and neat by collapsing folders. Plus, you can see how many Jams are inside each!
