I’m reaching out to report a problem with the rendering of public Jam links.

Summary of the issue:

I have a Jam board set to “Anyone with the link can view”.

When I open the link in my own browser (logged in) or in a private/incognito window, the Jam appears and renders correctly.

However, when someone external or a third-party tool attempts to access the link, the board does not render any content. It appears blank or inaccessible, even though the link is public.

Steps to reproduce (for clarity):

Create a Jam in my workspace.

Set the sharing option to “Anyone with the link can view.”

Open the link in a private/incognito window — works correctly for human viewing.

Attempt access via a different external browser session or via an API/external tool — board does not render.

Expected behavior:

Public Jam links should render the board content for anyone with the link, without requiring login.

Actual behavior:

Board content requires an authenticated session for external clients or bots.

Some embedded FigJam content or interactive elements may not render without login.

Environment:

Jam.dev account type: [Your account type here, e.g., Personal / Company workspace]

Browser tested: Chrome, Incognito mode

FigJam version/features: [If known, e.g., recent FigJam features with embeds or interactive widgets]

Impact:

Limits the ability to share boards externally for collaboration or review

Blocks automated tools or external viewers from accessing boards intended to be public

Could you please advise whether this is expected behavior with the current Jam.dev platform, or if there’s a workaround to ensure public boards fully render for anyone without requiring login?
