Why I Created The Skinny Guy Protocol

The Eternal Ascent · Ascenxion

I genuinely thought that I would be the skinny kid forever.

I feared I would never grow out of the identity of being the skinny kid.

I thought of quitting multiple times because I wasn’t changing.

Every progression photo looked the same, and after every one I promised myself that the next photo would be different.

I spent years following advice aimlessly.

Mistake after mistake.

My commitment was there, but I lacked the right application.

But I knew that something had to change.

After my years of trial and error, I was finally able to build a system that would change my mind & body.

I didn’t just chase the aesthetics, I started to chase total body performance.

Every video I watched told me something different.

Every influencer had a secret as to how they built muscle and put on weight effortlessly.

I thought that the more I watched then eventually the answer would be revealed to me.

Implementation after implementation, exercise after exercise, meal after meal, the more I consumed the more confused I became.

The guy who has no problem with working hard.

The guy who avoids wearing short sleeve t-shirts.

The guy who has trained hard for months on end with not much to show for it.

The guy who is sick of being known as the skinny kid.

I created the system that I wish someone had shown to me years ago.

I didn’t build this because I have all the answers.

I built it because I spent years failing to make the change that I wanted.

It exists so that you don’t have to spend years making the same mistakes that I did.

Inside the protocol you’ll find the training principles, systems, habits, frameworks, and a weekly schedule that helped me to leave behind the identity of the skinny kid.

If you’re sick & tired of being the skinny kid,

Then this is where that story ends,

And where your new identity begins.

P.S. Everything inside if built from years of experimenting, failing, succeeding, discovery, and remaining true with what worked for me - it’s not just about building muscle, it’s about building a new identity, confidence and the life you used to believe was out of reach.

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to stop being the skinny guy,

Then this is it.

The Identity That Kept Me Skinny

I remember constantly eating chocolate chip muffins because an influencer on YouTube said that I needed the calories from the muffins.

F*ck Being Normal

I’ve been told that I am not normal for not doing something that “normal” people do, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
