Because our world flows with the movement of air, water, organisms, and more, creating a world of wellness requires us to facilitate those flows rather than hinder them. Obstructing the cyclical migration of animals, such as with freeways and fences, creates illness. Obstructing the water cycle, such as with dams and diversions, creates illness. Obstructing the carbon cycle, such as by paving over the soil and burning fossil fuels, creates illness.

Releasing the obstructions we have placed extensively throughout our world starts with releasing obstructions within ourselves. When we obstruct the flow of feeling, we create illness. When we obstruct the flow of honest communication, we create illness. When we obstruct the flow of learning, we create illness.

Love flows. Fear stifles1.

By overflowing with love and acting on the love that we feel, we facilitate the flow of love. By releasing our fears, we come to release our obstructions. While love both accepts and welcomes transformation, fear both denies and refuses transformation. Fear of change is fear of life.

By facilitating flows of intuition and experience, we come to know and grow. By obstructing flows of intuition and experience, we get stuck in our thoughts and stuck in our ways.

Because we are each individual aspects of larger living beings, how we choose to or refuse to flow influences the ability of those beings to function. When we work with the larger beings we partially comprise, we empower them to empower us. When we work against the larger beings we partially comprise, we disempower them and disempower ourselves in the process. It is by loving them that we help them to love us.

Trust in the power and knowing of love.

In the same way that you are more powerful and knowledgeable than the living beings that partially comprise your body, the larger living beings that you partially comprise are more powerful and knowledgeable than you are. Trust that they know what they’re doing. By living in love with them, rather than living in fear of them, we acknowledge the fact that we and they are not separate.

In the same way that urges to fight, flight, freeze, or appease occur in response to fear, the urge to flow occurs in response to love.
