Over the past few years, I’ve radically transformed my relationship with the internet.
This begun back in August 2022, when I decided to leave Instagram and my 10,000+ followers for good. This decision sparked a gradual elimination of digital clutter so that, four years on, I’m now at the point that I still spend time online, but on my own terms.
You may have heard of a ‘journal ecosystem’ but I want to introduce you to the concept of an ‘internet ecosystem’, a simple strategy that helps us use the internet with intention rather than habit.
I’ve used my years of trial and error to craft a simplified five step approach to help you build your own ecosystem, so that you can nurture an online landscape that fuels you rather than plunders your time and peace of mind.
We all deserve to feel in control of our own lives.
And it starts with a simple, deliberate click.
