The story is linear, or so we all want, but it ain’t so linear though.
The connections evade our conscious bubble. We become a frog in the well conditioned by the experiences in our lifetime. In lieu of making sense, deriving meaning, and maybe sleeping better at night, we strive to push our narrative to stay relevant, to feel we are enough, or we know enough to decipher right from wrong as a binary play. The two sides of the coin are always someone’s right, and wrong for the other.
How do we then conclude what is right and what is wrong?
Do we need to make it so black & white, or is it in lieu of our want for making meaning that we inherently conclude, consciously or unconsciously, oblivious to multiple versions of truth, multiple realities existing within the macrocosm of the space or within the microcosm within a single human being?
Is it maybe the urge of meaning-making that makes us question, seek, and find?
Is it a sense of validation that builds communities that come together on shared versions of reality and drift apart as that version evolves?
Is it the sense of meaning-making that makes institutions thrive?

But who decided the truth is one?
