💡“Finding buyers was never the problem. The ones who already raised a hand just never got asked a second time…”
Real estate event.
Three days.
People flew in for it.
They paid for the seat, the hotel, the sad airport sandwich.
Sat through every session with a notebook out.
Day three, the pitch lands.
A $10,000 package.
Some folks bought right there.
Most didn’t.
Here’s the part that gets me.
After the event?
Nothing.
The peeps who put on the event didn’t reach out again to those attendees.
No call.
No reply.
No note.
A room full of people who spent real money to be in that room.
Hands still halfway up.
Everybody already walked off the stage.
Travis has made thousands and thousands of dollars going back to those exact folks.
Not with a clever pitch.
But with a thank you and one question.
What comes back is almost never, “your thing stinks…”
It’s “I wanted to, but I was waiting on some cash...”
Or “I was gonna, then I got busy and forgot...”
That’s timing.
Timing is fixable.
Webinar ends, whole list gets hammered for a week.
Challenge ends, seven days of emails, then quiet.
A fraction buys.
The rest get treated like a list instead of a person.
There are whole Skool groups full of buyers nobody ever thanked.
A lot of folks trying to get out of client work think the wall is leads.
Build an audience.
Grow a list.
Post for a year and pray.
The buyers are already bought.
They’re sitting in somebody else’s business right now.
What’s missing is one person replying like a human being.
Travis is on his second run through Ozark.
He kicks back on the sofa and answers emails and DMs during an episode.
No phone calls.
No Zoom.
Just free tools.
$500 commission.
$1,000.
Sometimes $2,000.
A Ronin in Finland sells a $25,000 thing at 20%.
That’s $5,000 for answering somebody’s questions by email.
The ask is small enough to be boring.
“Let me follow up with the people who showed up and didn’t buy. Pay me 20% after the money hits your Stripe account…”
No retainer.
No payroll.
No hire.
Just someone offering to take stuff off the owners plate…
…and bring in another revenue stream.
So the answer is usually “Yeah, let’s give that a try…”
Clients feel like a marriage.
Money up front.
Orders coming down.
Pay for performance sits both people on the same side of the table.
More production, more pay.
Nobody takes orders.
Ronin have a motto for it.
Serve no master.
Run a small test.
No commitment either direction.
If it makes money, the owner starts asking what else can we do?
If it doesn’t, it’s “sorry it didn’t work out,” and everybody walks.
A first date also shows what kind of partner somebody is before anyone’s stuck.
This part surprised me.
The commissions are fat enough that Travis doesn’t do all his own follow-up.
He pays helpers $20 an hour plus a small bonus per sale.
Travis said a line that stuck.
If a commission is 500 bucks, that’s what every day without a gig like this costs.
No price hike coming.
No fast action discount.
No fake scarcity.
The opportunity isn’t going anywhere.
The days are.
There peeps inside Royalty Ronin right now.
Doing this on the daily.
Travis is in there every day, and he’ll tell you flat out he’s a lousy cheerleader.
You bring the motivation.
He brings the plays and the network.
There’s a 7 day trial running, and you’re invited:
Watch Ronin get paid $500 to $5,000 just replying to emails, free for 7 days →
And if you decide to stay and hang out with us?
I’ve got a totally bonkers bonus to hook you up with.
Makes “finding” these partners a no-brainer.
In your corner,
~ Tony
P.S. The people who flew across the country are still out there. So are the webinar folks and the challenge finishers who meant to say yes. Their hands are still up. Somebody’s getting paid to go ask them twice.
