We’ve seen firsthand what leaders like Cindy Hyde-Smith have done to our state. The cost of everyday goods are rising, and while families like yours and mine are trying to make ends meet, leaders in Washington aren’t doing anything to address it.
But rather than give you a reason to vote against the status quo, I want to share a bit about myself and what I’m running for:
I was born and raised in Columbus as the son of a retired judge and a lawyer. Growing up, I was instilled with true Mississippi values that shaped who I am and led me to run for Senate.
My wife and I are the parents of two beautiful daughters and we want to pass them a world where anything is possible — without being straddled with the repercussions of bad decisions made by our leaders today.
That’s why I’m running to lower costs for families, save our Mississippi hospitals, and bring good-paying jobs home — all while keeping our communities safe.
This work isn’t easy — we’re up against a Republican party that is going to do anything they can to hold onto this seat. But I know what we have is more powerful than their special interest money can buy.
We have a team. A team of supporters making sure that in every corner of our state voters are hearing from their neighbors about how we can move forward for a better Mississippi. A team that will stop at nothing to make sure we create a brighter future for generations to come. And a team that will make sure we win in November.
I’m so thankful to have you on this team,
Scott Colom
If you’re able, help us continue to build this campaign and the movement to defeat Cindy Hyde-Smith by chipping in whatever you’re able today. We appreciate your support.
