Cosmos & Creation Is Now in Print

The Cosmos & Creation study series, shaped by years of teaching Genesis, is now available in print

This week, my Cosmos & Creation books arrived in print — and I’m genuinely excited to finally share them more widely.

This series represents the culmination of many years teaching Genesis 1–11 in university classrooms, followed by several more years reworking that material for church and community settings. Translating academic teaching into something accessible, faithful, and still intellectually honest has been one of the most meaningful challenges of my work.

Genesis does not offer simple explanations or tidy answers. Instead, it forms moral imagination. These texts ask how humans live responsibly in a world shaped by beauty, order, chaos, and calling, inviting readers into wisdom rather than certainty.

Cosmos & Creation approaches Genesis 1–11 as formative literature. It explores creation and chaos not as opposing forces to be solved, but as realities that shape ethical responsibility and communal life. This series is designed for people who want to think deeply about Scripture without losing reverence, curiosity, or faith.

Seeing these books completed feels both grounding and energizing. They reflect years of listening to students, church members, and fellow teachers and a deep belief that Scripture invites us to grow in wisdom through careful reading, ethical reflection, and shared conversation.
