The biggest event of the week is the north node entering Aquarius and the south node entering Leo, where they’ll be until March 26th, 2028. This means that the areas of life that will be changing most rapidly are shifting from the houses that Pisces and Virgo occupy in your chart to the Aquarius and Leo houses. We still have a couple of hangover eclipses from the Pisces-Virgo series—one at the end of August (the forecast for which will be out in a little over a week) and one next February—but this new era of reorientation is officially upon us. An extensive forecast with horoscopes for the signs can be found here.
Plus, Mercury has officially stationed direct (thank heavens… that was a brutal one—Mercury stationing direct square Saturn was especially rough) and we’re still in the throes of upward-swinging Barbault’s basket too.
Now “where’s this relationship going?” is the question of the week. “This relationship” may be any kind of relationship — a romantic partnership, business relationship, friendship, family connection, relationships with an audience or the public, relationships with neighbors and others in our community… the list goes on and on. You’re asking “where is this relationship going?” primarily in the Leo/Aquarius areas of your chart, though others houses are also involved, as you’ll see in the forecast below.
I love The Kiss by Gustav Klimt so much that I got a giant canvas of it and it has hung in my bedroom for the past ten years. After only a few months of staring at it every day it began to look very different from how it looks on the surface.
It’s pretty and golden and magical. It feels romantic in the best way. But she has vines draped over her legs and ankles, like tethers binding her in place. But her mouth is tense, as if she doesn’t want to be kissed. But they sit not in a meadow but at the edge of a flowering cliff, her feet right on the edge — she can choose to either accept the kiss or fall off the cliff. She is mostly covered in circles, a flowing, cyclical, ‘feminine’ shape, but he is mostly covered in rectangles. He is rigid, insistent, and she is yielding. They have gold and crowns in common, but it feels like they are very different and they aren’t on the same page.
Or maybe they’re merely encased in an orb of golden light, separate from the dark night, saved from the cliff dive. Maybe the vines are preventing her from falling. Maybe her tension is melting away. Maybe the rigid, black shapes he is veiled in are merely a veil, a cloud of unhappiness that is slowly melting away in her aura. Maybe the cliff is an orgasm. Maybe maybe. Her mouth just looks so tense. What woman hasn’t felt her mouth become that tense?
Is she tense because she doesn’t want to be there, or because he has become so rigid and somber, or because she is choiceless, or because his hard edges are leaping onto her, or something else altogether?
