A First Responder to Sexual Assault and Abuse Training is taking place November 3-7, 2025 in Saskatoon.
FRT Training equips people in communities to identify, respond, and refer appropriately to the continuum of behaviours that constitute sexual assault and abuse. Together, we can create a culture of safety, support people on their healing journey and prevent sexual violence.
Contact denise@sassk.ca for more information and to register.
Thanks to funding from the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan, we are developing a comprehensive, evidence-based, multi-modal training program for lawyers and justice sector professionals.
This training will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively support survivors using a trauma-informed approach, while being tailored to Saskatchewan’s unique context and reflecting current best practices in the field.
Thank you, Law Foundation of Saskatchewan!
