early bird hits the fundraising goals

Apologies for reaching out so early, but as the famous saying goes, fundraising benchmarks happen, coffee helps. Or something like that.

We’re at a critical juncture in the Iowa governor’s race, and we need to continue ramping up our grassroots outreach operation, building out our team, and talking to more and more Iowans.

Easier said than done.

Zach Lahn is dropping $700k a week on ads attacking me — meanwhile, we’re struggling to hit important weekly fundraising targets.

The closer we get to Election Day, the more important these fundraising benchmarks become. That’s just the way it is. 🤷‍♂️
