One “must” for this week: How to End Your Workday: The Hemingway Principle

An effective self-regulation strategy to start your days: setting an intention and knowing specifically where you’ll start. To avoid the trap of scrolling through feeds, or “just checking email”, and the more specific, the better.

As Ernest Hemingway told the Paris Review in 1958:

“You write until you come to a place where you still have your juice and know what will happen next and you stop and try to live through until the next day when you hit it again.”
