Introduction
Welcome back to RevTech Insider, a read for people running partner programs in revenue tech.

We'll keep covering product launches, partner program changes, AI tooling, and M&A activity.

This issue: Gong's Revenue Harness launch, Salesforce's new commerce ISV channel, and vendor MCP updates.

Gong launches Revenue Harness
As part of Mission Big Dipper on June 24, Gong introduced Revenue Harness, its new execution layer for AI agents. As an MCP Client, Gong Agents can now pull data from external systems including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Salesforce Agentforce. Gong describes Revenue Harness as an execution layer that orchestrates AI agents across the revenue cycle with audit trails, human-in-the-loop controls, and Custom Agents for building agents through the platform.

It is good to see MCP becoming a common integration standard across revenue platforms.

Salesforce opens a new distribution channel for commerce ISVs
Salesforce launched the Commerce Apps Framework on June 24 with launch partners including Adyen, Stripe, Avalara, Mirakl, Bazaarvoice, and others. The framework lets ISVs build apps for Agentforce Commerce that customers can install from Business Manager with just a few clicks.

For payments, tax, and marketplace ISVs, this creates a new distribution channel into Salesforce Commerce. Most B2C and B2B capabilities reach GA between June and July, with more through October.

Three RevTech vendors expand their MCP capabilities
ZoomInfo extended GTM.AI to Amazon Quick Suite, OpenAI's ChatGPT, and Google's Agent Development Kit on June 19, all via custom MCP servers. GTM.AI now integrates with Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Microsoft Copilot, Gong, LeanData, Glean, Google Workspace, and other AI workspaces.

HubSpot expanded its remote MCP server in June with two new capabilities: content analytics for standalone pages (previously limited to campaign-linked pages) and AI-assisted landing page creation.

Salesforce also launched its Agentic B2C Developer Toolkit, which includes a Model Context Protocol server, alongside the Commerce Apps Framework.
