Do AI and other bots scrape via /wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?

I thought about asking this in the Webmaster Stack Exchange, but it seems to be as much a WordPress question has anything, I think. Thanks for any help anyone can extend. I'm seeing a lot of traffic to the oembed links /wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed on my WordPress site by AI bots.
