How do I set WSL to use the color scheme for Git Bash?

I recently tried out WSL, and I think it is fantastic. However, after nearly a decade of Git Bash, the default color scheme of WSL is terrible, in my firm opinion. I guess my question is multi-part, in a few ways. Here are the sub-questions. Where do I go to get the color scheme used for ls in Git Bash? I tried echo $LS_COLORS , and it returns nothing. But making LS_COLORS be empty string in WSL…
