Mint is stalled on Dell Inspiron touchscreen [closed]

On my first bootup I keep getting this message and Ubuntu is not booted. It's not allowing me to go and make a change to the BIOS by F12, Esc or holding down Shift. The below message keeps on flashing. New USB device (LGD AIT Touch Controller 1FD2:5001) was installed.
