Display resolution for second monitor missing from Settings on 26.04

I've switched from Windows 10 to Ubuntu 26.04 just under 2 weeks ago (this is all my Linux experience). I have so far been unable to get the correct resolution for my second monitor. In Settings -> Screen Display my second monitor shows up as "unknown display" and the highest available resolution is 1024×768 while the specs for the monitor says it should be 1680 ×1050.
