Ubuntu 26.04 always at 100% load

I was wondering if you, after distro upgrading, are having trouble with the load on your system! I have a personal server sitting on a OK notebook, not so old, but yet gold. What I mean is, I'm on its version 4, started on 22.04, then 24.04 (the whole 2 years), then I decided to move on the recently 26.04 LTS.
