When Ubuntu 26.04 goes into Suspend mode, the NIC won't restart

I recently loaded Ubuntu 26.04. When it goes into Suspend mode, the NIC won't restart. sudo reboot will start it; so does sudo modprobe -r igc followed by sudo modprobe igc . These methods are annoying, so I hope you have a better solution.
