How do I permanently remove KDE wallet from the latest edition of Kubuntu?

This page did not load. You can still read it on the original site — the toolbar below keeps your place in the directory.

I understand that Chrome (which I don't use) relies on wallet, and WiFi passwords (which I do not use) relies on it too, but I couldn't care less. Every solution I've found doesn't actually remove it. I do not want wallet disabled. I do not want it to remember "don't ask again". I do not want just the manager uninstalled.
