With “Konvergenz”, the R116 Gallery presents the positions of Berlin-based photographers Jonas Ruhs and Maximilian Zeitler, who deal intensively with the complex relationship between people and urban living space. Their works invite us to take a fresh look at the city as a dynamic place of constant change. In this field of tension between visible structures and hidden details, they sometimes encounter spontaneous encounters that cast the everyday in a new light. In their photographs, Ruhs and Zeitler show how people shape the city - and are shaped by it. The result is a dialog between architecture, space and human presence.
Visitors to the “Konvergenz” exhibition also have the opportunity to explore Ruhs and Zeitler's analog photo studio and take a look behind the scenes.
