At Sanza, we’ve been rethinking what it means to ‘be consistent’.
Most productivity systems were built around the 24-hour rhythm that we typically see in male hormone cycles. It completely ignores hormonal rythms and realities of those of us who menstruate.
We’ve found that true consistency isn’t about doing the same thing every day. It’s about keeping sight of where you’re going, even when the pace shifts. We call this macro consistency: thinking big enough to move steadily toward your goals, while staying in tune with your energy, emotions, and hormonal rhythms.
There will be days for clarity and output, and others for rest and recharging. Both count. Macro consistency reminds us that alignment matters more than repetition - and that slowing down can still be part of moving forward.
The Sanza community has been growing incredibly over the past weeks. There are now thousands of us who believe in a matriarchal model of productivity, that is rooted in empathy and attunement - from early beta testers and quiet readers, to founders, freelancers, and creators who are exploring what it means to work in rhythm.
To stay close as we grow, we’re creating a new space: the Sanza WhatsApp Community.
The groups are:
🌱 Follicular: This is where we talk projects, plans and possibilities.
🦋 Ovulation: A place to share your wins and bold thoughts, or if you are vibing post a selfie and we will hype you up!
🍝 Luteal: This is where you can vent about frustrations, or celebrate that boundary you put in or where you advocated for youself.
🔮 Menstrual: A space for softness to reflect on where your intuition is guiding you or share that cute cat video that made you cry.
We also have a strong committment towards expanding Sanza’s capabilities beyond menstruation and into pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause. So check out those groups if you’d like to link up with people who have shared experiences to you, and to share hopes for future Sanza features.
We’ll be sharing early app previews, thoughtful prompts, and the small, real moments that don’t always make it to social media.

💸 We’ve been connecing with investors who are funding the missing piece in the $142B productivity boom, ready to partner with Sanza to build the cycle-aligned productivity OS for people who menstruate. If you are an investor interested in this opporunity, book a meeting with us directly via this link.
For a fuller look at what we’ve been working on, see this post.
Our bookshelves have been full of reminders to lead from love:
Feminism Is for Everybody by bell hooks - Aynsley has been revisiting this one as part of Sanza’s feminist tech reading list, reflecting on how patriarchy shows up in all of us, and how our collective liberation begins when we choose to lead with love and unlearn together.
Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler - Emma has been reading this to make sense of what’s happening in the world right now. It’s a story about survival, empathy, and building community in times of change - themes that feel especially close to what we’re creating with Sanza.
If you’re reading something that’s helping you reimagine how you live and work, we’d love to hear about it in the Sanza WhatsApp Community!
Try consistency through alignment, not repetition.
Instead of asking, “Did I do enough today?” ask, “Am I moving in the direction that works for me, this cycle?” - and move in rythm with the strengths of each phase as you do it.
The Sanza community is growing - and so is the movement to build a more humane, cyclical approach to work.

💜 Thank you for being part of this - for showing up, sharing your stories, and helping shape what Sanza becomes!
