Welcome to the final week of the CRD Challenge!
In the previous two weeks, you integrated the two most potent circadian time cues into your daily life.
These were concerning your light exposure and daily eating window.
In the third and final week of the challenge, we’re building on this knowledge and practice by exploring the impacts of two final factors.
These are both related to light, but we don’t always think of them as light, because just like the infrared and UV-A frequencies that we already explored, this week’s types of light are also invisible.
By working to improve the way you interact with these other two invisible forms of light information, it will help you to strengthen your circadian health and improve the way you feel, think and perform in every way.
As always, we’ll begin with a bit of scientific theory, then distil everything you learn in this week of the challenge into simple practices you can apply in everyday life.
