The Room Is a Collaborator, Not a Backdrop Architecture, acoustics, crowd, current events — Nutritious reads all of it before choosing a single record. Set and setting runs in both directions.
Resonance Over Signature Nutritious is not after a recognisable sound per se. The question he asks of every track is whether the frequency resonates and whether making it left him feeling whole — not whether it sounds like him.
Build the Container You Wish Had Existed Liquid Culture grew directly out of losing his brother to the stigma facing creatives. Support, community and visibility as infrastructure, not sentiment.
The Disciplines Were Never Meant to Be Separate Music, ritual, architecture, medicine and community were one way of life for millennia. The current work is repair — creating the map and refining the language handed to us.
