نسبت بین حکمرانی اسلامی و جمهوریت در قالب نظام جمهوری اسلامی

چکیده

حکمرانی اسلامی و جمهوریت دو مفهوم کلیدی در نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران هستند که نسبت این دو جمع بین حکمرانی اسلامی و جمهوریت در قالب جمهوری اسلامی ایران است که مسئله این پژوهش را شکل می‌دهد. تبین این مسئله نیازمند توازن دقیق بین اصول دینی و نیازهای اجتماعی می‎باشد. در پاسخ پرسش اصلی این پژوهش این است که نسبت بین حکمرانی اسلامی و جمهوریت در قالب نظام جمهوری اسلامی چیست؟ یا چگونه اصول حکمرانی اسلامی با اصول جمهوریت در قالب نظام جمهوری اسلامی قابل جمع می‌باشد؟ با روش کیفی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای مشخص می‌شود با آنکه یکی از چالش‌های اصلی جمع بین حکمرانی اسلامی و جمهوریت، تعارض اصولی است که ممکن است منجر به تضاد در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها شود، به چه شکل تقویت نهادهای مدنی می‌تواند به افزایش مشارکت عمومی و تقویت بنیادهای حکمرانی مردمی کمک کند. اصلاحات قانونی برای هم‌راستا کردن قوانین با اصول اسلامی و حکمرانی مردمی می‌تواند به تحقق این اهداف مشترک کمک کند تا الگویی مناسب و کارآمد دارای قابلیت اجرایی نیز باشد. نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان یک الگوی منحصر به‌فرد، تلاش دارد تا اصول حکمرانی اسلامی را با مفاهیم حکمرانی مردمی و جمهوریت ترکیب کند. این نظام به دنبال ایجاد تعادل میان اقتدار دینی و اراده مردمی است. بررسی اشتراکات بین حکمرانی اسلامی و جمهوریت همچنین حل معضلات و رفع چالشها در نظام جمهوری اسلامی می‌تواند به فهم بهتر از این الگوی حکمرانی کمک کند.

The relationship between Islamic governance and republicanism in the form of the Islamic Republic system

چکیده English

Islamic governance and republicanism are two key concepts in the political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the relationship between these two concepts in the Islamic Republic of Iran is what shapes the problem of this research. Clarifying this issue requires a careful balance between religious principles and social needs. The method of this research, which is qualitative and based on library studies, reveals that although one of the main challenges of the combination of Islamic governance and republicanism is the conflict of principles that may lead to conflict in decision-making, how strengthening civil institutions can help increase public participation and strengthen the foundations of popular governance. Legal reforms to align laws with Islamic principles and popular governance can help achieve these common goals so that it is an appropriate and efficient model with implementation capabilities. The Islamic Republic of Iran system, as a unique model, is trying to combine the principles of Islamic governance with the concepts of popular governance and republicanism. This system seeks to create a balance between religious authority and popular will. Examining the commonalities between Islamic governance and republicanism, as well as solving problems and overcoming challenges in the Islamic Republic system, can help to better understand this governance model.
