Modern man finds himself in a strange and paradoxical position.
He has books. He has podcasts. He has courses. He has newsletters. And when he is finished consuming all of those, he opens an AI chatbot and talks to a robot all day long.
HE HAS ACCESS TO MORE INFORMATION THAN ANY GENERATION IN HUMAN HISTORY.
And yet he remains confused, isolated, and afraid to act.
Herein lies the problem: Information can show you what to do, and it’s not hard to get your hands on the right information anymore. But only the right people can show you what to do and make you believe that you’re capable of doing it.
We just finished hosting our first live Mastermind in Dallas, Texas. What came out of that room was an overwhelming sense of community. We had people running 8-figure businesses. We had CEOs. We had some of the biggest social media accounts in the world sitting next to up and coming accounts who are ambitious and hungry to grow.
I went into the event expecting strategy, presentations, workshops, and business conversations.
We had all of that.
But what surprised me most was the sense of community that developed inside the room.
There’s a dangerous romanticism right now around being the lone wolf. The sigma male. Ryan Gosling in Drive, saying nothing and needing no one.
It looks cool.
It is also a false reality.
So today I want to talk about what we built in Dallas and why the room you sit in (and the friends you make) matter more than the information you consume.
Imagine being able to borrow decades of experience in one conversation.
One of my favorite parts of the Mastermind was the hot seats.
Each person stood in front of the room and explained what he was building, where he was stuck, and what kind of help he needed. The we examined everything: social media, content, positioning, offers, sales, teams, personal bottlenecks, and the decisions people had been avoiding.
Within seconds, the room could name the blind spots those people had learned to live with.
That is the danger:
YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW.
One of the greatest problems plaguing people online is that they do not even know where to begin. They know something is wrong, but they cannot identify it. Sometimes they do not even realize that a problem exists.
That is the curse of trying to do everything alone.
You can spend 6-months wrestling with a problem that someone else could simplify in 15 minutes. They see the unnecessary complication, point toward the first move, and remove the friction that has been stopping you from acting.
Sometimes you do not need another 30-hour course.
You need someone experienced to look you in the eyes and say:
“This is the problem. Here is your next step. Go do it.”
This works best in person. Not through another prerecorded lesson and not even through a Zoom call.
(It works even better when both people have a drink in their hands).
People love saying that your network is your net worth.
That is true, but it goes even deeper than money.
Your network determines what feels normal.
Jim Rohn famously said:
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
I cannot stress this enough. The people you surround yourself with is who you become. When you’re around go-getters, your standards rise naturally without you forcing it. This does not happen through posts. It does not happen on calls.
When you’re standing next to someone who brings massive energy into a room, you understand from your own perspective what it’s going to take to raise your level.
I have seen the same thing happen in fitness.
When you train alone, it is easy to convince yourself that you are working hard. But when you train around strong people, you discover another level. They hold you accountable, but they also show you what is possible.
Point being: The barrier is not always knowledge.
Here is another hard truth:
Most of what you see happening publicly on social media was built behind the scenes
I find it funny when normies watch someone blow up for the first time and assume it was completely organic. NO it wasn’t. That person has a tea,m and they have relationships you never see.
It only looks organic to you because you are watching SKILL.
FUN FACT: Every single live Mastermind I have ever attended, I have signed some kind of client. I have made at least $10,000 from every in person event I’ve gone to. If you have skill, if you bring something to the table, people in the room will want to hire you.
“Play long-term games with long-term people.” Naval Ravikant
Building online does not have to be a lonely competition where everybody guards what they know. The best rooms are built around a better idea.
Make friends. Become useful. Get rich together.
Sometimes having another person believe in your future is the only way you start believing it yourself.
But if you never meet those people, it never happens.
Our Dallas Mastermind was successful enough that 75% of the attendees committed to returning within 48 hours. Most of my seats for 2027 are already gone.
Here’s what Peter Le wrote when about his experience:
Dino’s Mastermind was the most transformative 72-hours I have experienced.
The nuggets of wisdom shared were endless: how to build a great business that lasts, how to be the best salesperson, identifying and fixing personal bottlenecks, how to be successful on social media... I could go on and on.
But what made the Mastermind truly special were the people. Imagine being in a room with motivated, intelligent, like-minded individuals from all walks of life, building incredible businesses. Where each person leaves a unique, positive imprint onto you. The energy is contagious. You’ll feel like you grew 20 years just from how much you learned and be more inspired than ever to take action. That’s what happened with me.
The stories told during dinner, laughs shared over drinks, new perspectives exchanged during free time, it made for an unforgettable experience.
Dino did an incredible job organizing the Mastermind. He treated us like royalty, and made sure we walked out of it a different person. I can confidently say I was not the same person I was after those 72-hours because of how my thinking and behavior changed.
If you’re reading this and have an opportunity to go, this is your sign to do it. As Dino says...
Make FRIENDS. Get RICH. Together.
If you want to be considered for our 2027 in person event, fill out the form below. It’s a quick survey, three short questions, and we’ll get back to you.
Because of the demand, I’m keeping this waitlist open until Sunday.
At our last breakfast in Dallas, sitting by the pool, I realized something.
The presentations mattered. The strategies mattered. But what changed that room was the people in it. 20 men and women from completely different backgrounds and came together for one week to make each other better than they could have been alone.
THAT IS WHAT A MASTERMIND IS.
And that’s why I’m going to spend the rest of my career and the rest of my life building rooms like it.
God bless you all,
Dino Anthony
